Meet the Chefs
Chef Ro is the Catering Executive Chef and has worked for Sodexo for seven years. She grew up cooking with her parents and family, little did she know that her childhood past times would soon become her culinary inspirations. She has been at TCU for one year and absolutely loves it. She came from Tarleton State University where she was also an Executive Chef. Her passion is catering, she enjoys plating each of the meals in a unique way to highlight all the flavors being used.
Chef Wade has been working for Sodexo at TCU for two years now. He is one of the Executive Chefs in the catering department. His passion is cooking, and nothing can replace the rush. One of his hobbies is playing the guitar when he is at home. He has been in the restaurant business, culinary side, for 16 years and loves it. He has been an exec most recently at Up Inspired Kitchen in Frisco, Texas.
