Meet the Chef
Chef Rashelle Solano
Chef Ro is the Catering Executive Chef and has worked for Sodexo for eight years. She grew up cooking with her parents and family, little did she know that her childhood past times would soon become her culinary inspirations. She has been at TCU for one year and absolutely loves it. She came from Tarleton State University where she was also an Executive Chef. Her passion is catering, she enjoys plating each of the meals in a unique way to highlight all the flavors being used.
